Paşabahçe is a remote settlement in Istanbul. The village was once inhabited only by non-Muslims. Grand vizier Hezarpare Ahmed Pasha (in office 1647–1648) built here a palace-like mansion with a wide yard. Hence the name “Paşabahçe”, literally “Pasha’s Yard”.
Pasabahce glasses are durable, heat resistant, and lightweight. Made in Turkey glass material is lead-free, BPA-free, and so healthy and safe.
Paşabahçe Mağazaları AŞ carries out its production operations in Turkey at the plants in Kırklareli, Eskişehir, and Denizli, and abroad at the plants in Egypt, Bulgaria and the Russian Federation. Today, Paşabahçe has 6,000 employees, and 65 percent of its sales comes from exports to 140 countries.
